The Macdonald Kelce Library
The library at the University of Tampa is officially known at the Macdonald-Kelce Library. The first UT Library was housed in Fletcher Lounge in Plant Hall. In 1969 Saint Louis industrialist Merl Kelce donated $250,000 to the UT Building fund for a new library building. In 1999 the Macdonald Family Foundation generously contributed to remodeling the Library to transform the facility into a state-of-the-art information resource center.
