The University of Tampa Low Residence MFA in Creative Writing program kicks off its 2013 Lectores Public Reading Series this Thursday, January 3. Unfortunately, Denis Johnson, scheduled to read Friday, January 4, cancelled due to a slipped disc. The silver lining here is that Karen Russell, author of Swamplandia, will be reading instead.
