UPDATE: The catalog is back up.
The library catalog will not be available parts of Tuesday, March 6 & Wednesday, March 7. We will be upgrading our software.
The databases will still be available through Esearch, but the page will look substantially different as the CSS styling will not be in place. If you want to check an item’s availability in the library collection while the catalog is off-line you can search in Worldcat. Once you locate the title in Worldcat you can use the ‘Find a copy in the library’ function to see if it’s available in the Macdonald Kelce Library at the University of Tampa. To find the call number search for the book in another library and use their call number. It’s probably very similar (if not exactly the same) as our own. While our expectation is that the upgrade runs smoothly and is completed in a timely manner we’ve done enough software upgrades to know that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If the catalog is not available by Thursday, March 8, know that we are doing everything we can to get it back online as soon as possible.
